Refund policy

All orders are made to order and typically require:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • 3–7 business days for shipping (US)

  • 7–21 business days for international orders

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Refunds & Returns

All of our items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or color preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue (item and packaging)

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Slight color variations (screen vs print differences)
